The job

Do you want to help companies better understand consumers and how to connect with them across markets and channels, using data and analytics? Are you looking for the next step up in your career with an exciting, fast growing international technology company?

As the Managing Director France, you will play a key role in helping Lighthouse8 develop into a strong player in this market. We are seeking an experienced and sales oriented executive to guide the team’s strategy and execution for new customer acquisition, as well as managing and growing our French team.

 

What are we looking for?

You have a proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership positions, with strong experience within the digital marketing / software industry – ideally Google, Adobe, digital agency etc. You will have a familiarity with the performance marketing eco-system, having existing contacts and network. Experience of working within a multi-national business would be preferred but is not a prerequisite.

You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidence in all communications inside and outside Lighthouse8, being able to build positive relationships and work in a client facing environment.

  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership positions
  • At least 5 years’ experience from the digital advertising or media industry
  • Excellent consultancy & communication skills
  • Have the ability to provide timely feedback to colleagues, employees, and partners
  • Be Transparent. Communicate openly and honestly, at all levels, upwards, sideways and downwards
  • Lead Humbly. Our leaders serve their teams. Though our leaders take their responsibilities to our business and their teams incredibly seriously, they never take themselves too seriously.
