The job

Due to strong growth, both nationally and internationally, we seek a resourceful and committed employee who is passionate about paid media advertising and can help strengthen our team in Trondheim. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for strategy development, media planning and campaign management for our customers. You will be part of a highly skilled international team, working closely with our teams in Sydney, Singapore and London. For the right person there are big opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and knowledgeable in everyday marketing activities. We want to see excellent communicators, with lots of enthusiasm, who are ready to make a difference.


Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in digital advertising
  • Ambitious, hungry, smart and a quick learner
  • Offer excellent client service & communication skills
  • You are curious with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • Have experience working with performance marketing solutions
  • Have the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently among multiple client campaigns and daily tasks, and be able to work effectively under pressure
  • You're familiar with web analytics tools and using them for both optimisation as well as reporting
  • Have experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads etc.
  • Have the ability to act as a proactive part of the Lighthouse8 team and to act as a self-starter in an environment that encourages accountability, performance & autonomy
