The job

Do you want to help companies better understand consumers and how to connect with them across markets and channels, using data and analytics? Are you looking for the next step up in your career with an exciting, fast growing international technology company?

As a Digital Campaign Manager at Lighthouse8, you will develop a sustained pipeline by ensuring a successful partnership and overall positive experience with lighthouse8 service and products. You will oversee day-to-day management of all aspects of campaigns across platforms such as AdWords, Bing and Facebook Power Editor, and resolve challenges as they arise. Your tasks will include analysing performance data to optimise campaigns in multiple markets, assisting with the design, estimate and presentation of consulting activities and projects and development of marketing execution strategies. You will also manage the day-to-day communication with and activities of third party suppliers, evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspectives for adoption where appropriate. At Lighthouse8, you will become and expert on the company’s strengths and capabilities and use project management software such as Basecamp and Harvest (no experience necessary) and spot opportunities to educate partners about our core technology.

  • You have at least two (2) years’ experience and success in a digital marketing, account management or media planning/buying role
  • Experience successfully liaising with clients for positive outcomes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently and work effectively under pressure
  • Proven high attention to detail
  • A passion for social media, technology, emerging channels, marketing and online advertising
  • Ambition, hunger, smarts and the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • A highly collaborative, team player approach to work
  • Familiarity of Google Analytics, AdWords, social media and the MS Office suite
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Analytical and data-driven with strong reporting skills with some creative flair and a strategic touch to add value
  • Ability to provide timely feedback to colleagues, superiors, and partners
  • Ability to act as a proactive part of the lighthouse8 team and to act as a self-starter in an environment that encourages accountability, performance and autonomy.
