Conversions in the Marketing Performance view is collected from each individual third-party network (e.g. Facebook Ads). Please note that conversions in this view might differ from conversions reported in the “Website Analytics” view, because the “Website Analytics” view collects conversions from your analytics software, and not the third-party network.
For Facebook, the following is currently categorized as a conversion in the Marketing Performance view:
– Purchase
– Lead
– Complet registration
– Custom conversions
For Google we include all conversions that is available through the conversion metric, Conversion by Conversion Time. Store visit conversions and store sales conversions are specifically not included in this metric.
